2. VISITING THE WEBSITE
When you visit this website, our hosting provider Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany, automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, the date and time of access, the page requested and your browser type. This is necessary to deliver the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Server log files are deleted automatically after 14 days.

3. BOOKING REQUESTS
If you send us a booking request, we process the details you enter: arrival and departure date, number of guests, name, e-mail address and, if provided, phone number and message. We use these details only to answer your request and to prepare a possible booking (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Your request is stored in our WordPress database on our server in the EU and made available to authorised staff responsible for reservations. Technical information is also processed for spam prevention. Form entries are deleted after 12 months; separate booking records may be retained where required by law.

4. CONTACT BY E-MAIL OR PHONE
If you contact us by e-mail or phone, we process your details to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

5. OPTIONAL GOOGLE ADS MEASUREMENT

Google Analytics is not used. Where Google Ads conversion measurement is enabled, Google’s advertising tag is loaded only after you accept advertising measurement in the privacy preferences. It measures successful enquiries following an advertisement. No names, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers or message text from the form are included in these events. Google may process technical information, advertising identifiers and conversion information, including in the USA. Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. You can decline measurement and still use the form, and withdraw your choice through “Privacy preferences” in the footer. Your choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. 6. GOOGLE MAPS
Google Maps is loaded only when you click the map activation button. The button explains that activation connects your browser to Google, transmitting your IP address and other technical information. Provider: Google Ireland Limited. You can use the rest of the website without loading the map.

7. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your rights, write to luxuryhomesgariful@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Croatia this is the Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), azop.hr.

8. CHANGES
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.

To deliver enquiry notifications by e-mail, we use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France). Your contact details and enquiry contents are transmitted securely to this service for delivery to the responsible recipient on our behalf. This does not subscribe you to a marketing list. Technical mail logs on our website are retained for seven days. Further information: Brevo privacy policy.

Local website statistics
We use Koko Analytics to count page views and referring websites, so we can understand which pages are used. Statistics are stored on our own website server for 12 months and are not sent to an external analytics service. This configuration uses no analytics cookies, fingerprinting or persistent visitor identifiers and does not store IP addresses in the analytics data. It counts page views without recognising returning visitors. The separate server logs described above are unaffected.
